Instant Setup - No waiting for someone to get back to you

You create and manage accounts using our reseller web site. As soon as you click ‘Submit’, the account is created and ready for you. Same goes for changes to account functionality.

Integration API - Automate everything

Resellers get unrestricted access to our MailCore API, allowing the automation of every account management feature. Ideal for integrating with your own control panels or provisioning systems. The API is based on SOAP & REST.

POP3 & IMAP Support - The power of IMAP makes it ideal for business

Ours is not a web-only service, POP3 is included in all accounts so you can use it with all popular email clients. We also offer IMAP, which gives users the ability to keep messages centrally and use server-based folders. IMAP allows you to run several email clients (laptop, PDA etc) and always see the same identical mailbox.

Easy Customer Domain Management - anything@yourdomain, free

Each account can have as many domains as you like with no extra charges. You can create ‘catch-all’ aliases or specific names to reduce spam attacks.

Spam Filter - Effective removal of junk and obscene emails

Make the daily flood of spam a thing of the past with our free spam filtering. Choose between a range of sensitivity settings and control how spam is handled. An online (or IMAP accessible) spam quarantine allows you to keep check on what is being caught. We can’t promise to get every spam that comes through (and neither can anyone else, despite their claims), but you can expect to spam to become an occasional surprise rather than a daily menace.

White & Black Lists - Exact control over who can send to your mailbox

Got on a mailing list you can’t get out of? Our blacklist can ensure that they can no longer get through. Likewise, whitelists ensure that an address is not subjected to our spam filters.

Virus Filter - No more worms, trojans or other nasties

Our powerful virus filters, supplied by Kaspersky offer full protection against email viruses. What’s more our outbound (SMTP) delivery servers will scan your email for viruses as well. We update our detection capabilities every 15 minutes.

Multiple Mailboxes, Central Admin - Easy administration, instant results

Whether one mailbox or one thousand, you can manage all your mailboxes centrally or individually with our web-based control panel. If the account is for business, your end-users can log in to set options such as AutoReply but cannot see their peers. The central admin account can control all mailboxes. Everything is instant; there is no need to contact us for setups.

SMTP Filtering - Customer already got a server? Add protection easily.

Our services are fully compatible with existing email servers. Instead of delivering incoming email to a mailbox, we can forward to a destination SMTP server. use this to add anti-virus and anti-spam protection to an existing customer server without expensive software or hardware upgrades.

Outbound SMTP - Safe delivery of email and optional virus protection

Unlike some email providers, you can use our servers to deliver email. Our high-performance server farms ensure fast delivery. What’s more, if you take the Virus Filter option, we’ll scan your outbound mail at no extra charge.

Free Mail Tools - AutoReply, FetchMail, Aliases, Forwarding

All MailCore accounts come with a range of useful tools:

• AutoReply - Also known as ‘Out Of Office’. Set up an email to be automatically sent to anyone contacting you while you are away.
• FetchMail - We’re sure that after using MailCore you won’t want to use any other service. FetchMail allows us to collect email on your behalf from other email accounts. One central email account for all your addresses!
• Aliases - You can have any number of aliases on your account. These are addresses that ‘map’ to a real mailbox. So, sales@ or info@ need not take up mailboxes. You can even have an alias delivered to more than one mailbox, creating mailing lists.
• Forwarding - Need mail in another place? If you can’t get to your MailCore account, or maybe you need a copy at work, MailCore can copy or move email to an external address.

Fax To Mail - Bin the fax machine!

Add fax numbers to any of your accounts. Choose from 0871, 0870 or 0207. Any faxes sent to the resulting number will be forwarded to the designated email address.

No Advertising - You are protected by our privacy policy

We don’t give out your email address and our systems do not display advertising. Your email remains your business.

Convenient and Fair Billing - Pay for what you use

Resellers of APM services are billed in arrears at the end of the month. You only pay for services you offer to your customers on an account-by-account basis. If you don’t want to offer customer y feature x, we won’t charge you for it.

Billing data is provided by email in CSV format for easy parsing.
